The holidays are fast approaching—are you ready?
There’s still time to squeeze in a family photoshoot or holiday brand shoot for your social channels. And, you can do so with the assurance of knowing that The Glasshouse Studios is putting every effort into making sure all clients have a safe, enjoyable experience while on site.
Whether you’ve booked a branding, boudoir or family photoshoot, we are committed to supporting you during this time so you can use the studio with peace of mind.
Client Safety is Our Priority
According to Ontario’s COVID-19 Response Framework, York Region is categorized within the Red, or “Control,” level. What does that mean exactly? With COVID-19 cases on the rise in the GTA, broader-scale measures and restrictions are in place at the studio to control transmission.
Most importantly, we have more than enough space for photographers and their clients and we carefully manage the number of individuals in the studio at all times.
In addition, the following measures are in place:
- All staff and clients are subject to COVID screening and temperature checks prior to entry.
- All photographers and staff wear masks at all times; all clients wear masks until photographed.
- Staff routinely sanitize rooms throughout the day in between clients.
- We have added more hand sanitizer stations and brand-new air purifiers.
As we head into the winter months, we continue to work with local officials to ensure that we meet all necessary public health requirements.

These are tough times for everyone. We recognize that circumstances may change and want you to book with confidence. We offer a full credit, at the same rate of time of booking, for use up to one year in the case that COVID-19 impacts your booking.
