A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for membership cancellation, upon completion of a minimum 6 month or 1-year term.
A member’s account must be in good standing and any outstanding debts are paid before any cancellation request can be approved. The Glasshouse Studios requires that a $250 cancellation fee be paid for any membership agreement cancelled before the initial 6-month term is fulfilled.
A member may pause their membership for a period of up to 3 months upon completion of the initial 6 month or 1-year term, provided the customer has submitted an email request and received approval by management.
Please note: A cancellation/pause request is not approved until you receive an email confirmation from Management.
